Power Up Your Spiritual Battery

on

The energy surrounding us grows ever more tense with each new day. It seems to have been increasing even more rapidly these past couple of months. I have personally experienced more supernatural events this year alone than all those I can count prior in my lifetime. Activity has been especially prevalent in the past few weeks.

After much reflection, prayerful meditation, and a long talk with an enlightened friend and counselor, I have finally regained some much needed clarity and balance. My spiritual battery feels recharged and once again in focus. My friend referred to it as “reactivation”!

Everything I have been doing as part of my personal spiritual health regimen has had many physical and emotional health benefits as well. If you are at a juncture in your life where you are ready to rise up to the next level of your true potential, I would recommend and any all of these self care methods:

Turn off the TV/electronics and spend five minutes in the silence, gradually increasing this time each day.

Take a walk with a purpose to observe and feel gratitude for nature.

Eat the food God meant for us – fruits, veggies, herbs, ancient grains, lean and clean meats, fish…be thoughtful about how you nourish your body.

Speak with a homeopathic practitioner about a constitutional remedy that will clear any blocks to your healthiest potential, physically, mentally and emotionally.

See a chiropractor that is knowledgeable in traditional Chinese medicine to bring you into proper alignment for optimal health.

Be prayerful always. Talk openly with God and be open to His response. Pray for understanding and discernment. Pray to be shown your spiritual gifts. Pray for faith and humility.

I want to write here “do not be discouraged”. Yet it is easy to be discouraged in this time. But, do not let your discouragement linger. You are vital to the goodness that still exists in this world.

Your courage, grace, faith, hope and love are needed more than ever to lift up others. And there are still others to help lift you up when needed.

Love to you, my friend.
